Justin James

Justin James has over 10 years of experience in the IT industry. Justin began their career in 2010 as an Officer IT at Bank of Baroda, where they worked directly under AGM (IT) for multiple projects and departments at the bank's data-center. In 2015, they joined MobME Wireless Solutions Limited as a Project Manager and grew into a Delivery Head with responsibility for more than 7 projects. In 2019, they were Head Technical Manager (Delivery & Integration) at Nuclei, where they built a fresh team of engineers and headed the product integration division with multiple banks. Justin successfully integrated the product with 10+ banks in India and abroad with deployment on SAAS and on-premise. In 2020, they worked as a Delivery Manager at Hatio, where they ensured the end to end delivery and met the expectation of the client with timely closure of projects. Currently, they are a Technical Project Manager at Modirum, where they manage end-to-end client implementation of 3-D Secure products with responsibility for project implementation, planning, execution, and closure. Justin is an expert in EMV 3DS 2.x protocol standard with knowledge in acquiring and issuing inline with PSD2 guidelines.

Justin James studied Information Technology at AMRITA UNIVERSITY from 2006 to 2010, obtaining a B-Tech degree. In April 2015, they obtained an ITIL Foundation certification from PEOPLECERT. Two years later, in July 2017, they obtained a Certified ScrumMaster certification from the Scrum Alliance.
