Tom Nolan

Tom Nolan has extensive experience in real estate and finance, currently serving as an Independent Director for both WashREIT and Modiv since May 2015 and January 2019, respectively. Previously, Tom held the positions of Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer at Spirit Realty Capital, Inc. from September 2011 to May 2017, and President & COO at GGP from October 2008 to December 2010. Additional roles include Board Member at Bedford Property Investors from 1997 to 2006, Managing Director and President of AEW Partners Funds from October 1984 to May 2004, and Audit Staff and Audit Manager at Coopers & Lybrand from July 1979 to October 1984. Tom Nolan earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from the University of Massachusetts Amherst between 1975 and 1979.
