Kate Pivacek

Kate Pivacek is an experienced marketing professional currently serving as the Director of Marketing at MODIV since February 2021. Prior to this role, Kate worked at IHG Hotels & Resorts for nearly seven years, where responsibilities included managing global B2B content marketing, leading communications strategies, and serving as a communications consultant. Additional experience includes positions as a marketing communications consultant for IdeaRoam LLC, web producer and reporter at WUFT-FM, and various roles in content creation and photography. Kate holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Journalism from the University of Florida.
