Brian Zwaagstra

Brian Zwaagstra has over 20 years of experience in various management roles in the IT industry. Brian is currently the Sr. Director, IT Infrastructure at Modivcare since December 2022. Prior to this, Brian served as the Director, IT Program Management Office at Modivcare from February 2018 to December 2022.

Before joining Modivcare, Brian worked at Prolifics as the Manager Project Management Office from December 2016 to February 2018 and as the Senior Service Delivery Manager from April 2015 to February 2018.

Brian also has experience at Ericsson as the Business Operations Manager from April 2013 to March 2014, at AIRCOM International as the Principle Consultant from February 2013 to April 2013, at Nokia's Networks business as the Director Business Excellence from March 2005 to August 2012, at Indus International as the Consulting Practice Manager from August 1999 to February 2005, and at Alltel Information Services as the Consulting Practice Manager from March 1997 to April 1999.

Throughout their career, Brian has demonstrated strong leadership skills, project management expertise, and a focus on business process improvement and efficiency.

Brian Zwaagstra earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign in 1990. In addition, they have obtained various certifications over the years, including Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) Program Consultant (SPC4), Certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt (CLSSBB) (CSSBB), Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Classical Yoga Teacher Certification, and Certified Project Management Professional (PMP).
