Heather Williams has a diverse work experience spanning different industries and roles. Beginning in 1998, they started their career at Crowne Plaza Hotels & Resorts, where they held various positions such as Catering Administrative Assistant, Convention Services Manager, Catering Sales Manager, Director of Catering, and Sales Manager. Heather excelled in these roles, consistently meeting or surpassing annual booking and consumption goals.

In 2008, Heather joined Hilton Garden Inn as a Catering Manager, where they worked with a wide range of organizations and agencies to solicit, negotiate, contract, and service catered events. Heather then transitioned to Brookdale in 2009 as a Sales Counselor, where their responsibilities included conducting site visits, consulting with prospects and their families, and increasing occupancy rates.

In 2011, Heather moved to DW Newcomers as an Administrative Assistant and later became a Family Services Counselor. Their duties included managing internal records and contracts, handling customer inquiries, soliciting and preparing contracts for funeral services and cemetery needs, and researching client files.

Since 2013, Heather has been associated with Modivcare, initially joining as a Project Specialist, where they prepared various reports and handled claims processing. Heather then progressed to roles like Healthcare Manager, where they provided training on Non-Emergency Medical Transportation to Medicaid participating facilities and resolved transportation-related challenges, and Director of Operations, where they monitored the performance of an operations center and maintained relationships with Managed Care Organization executives. Currently, they hold the position of Senior Director of Client Services.

Heather Williams obtained an Associate of Applied Sciences degree in Hospitality Management from Johnson County Community College in 1996. Heather later pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of Missouri-Kansas City, completing it in 1998.
