Karen Hsu

Karen Hsu has over 20 years of work experience in various leadership roles. Karen is currently Vice President of Product at Modivcare, where they are responsible for defining and executing a product vision to support the company's transition to an integrated care management company. Prior to this, they served as Chief Product Officer at Higi, where they successfully launched remote patient monitoring tools and led a high-functioning product team.

Karen also worked as a Strategy Consultant, providing support for M&A strategies, product vision and strategy, and fundraising activities for various companies. Karen held roles at Welltok, Inc., including Vice President of Provider Market Solutions and Vice President of Finance and Operations at Tea Leaves Health.

Earlier in their career, Karen worked at IMS Health as a Director of Product Management and Director of Client Services, where they developed and implemented healthcare measurement solutions and managed payer contracts. Karen also worked at Health Benchmarks, Health Net, Los Angeles County Department of Health Services, and Columbia Presbyterian Medical Center.

Karen Hsu holds an MBA from the UCLA Anderson School of Management. Karen also obtained an MPH in Health Policy from the UCLA Fielding School of Public Health. Additionally, they hold a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology and Biology from the University of California, Davis.
