Steve Pace

Steve Pace has extensive work experience in the healthcare industry. Steve currently holds the position of Regional Director of Operations at Modivcare, a role they assumed in October 2023. Prior to this, Steve served as the Vice Chairman at the National Aging In Place Council starting from March 2021.

Before their role at NAIPC, Steve worked at Enhabit Home Health & Hospice as the Selling Division Manager from March 2020 to December 2022. In this role, they were responsible for establishing the strategic vision for a $1B home health and hospice provider, managing a team of 4 staff members and reporting to the RVP of Sales. Steve also handled various tasks such as sales strategy, territory management, training, and resource management.

Earlier in their career, Steve held the position of Regional Manager at Medical Services of America. Steve directed sales and operations across multiple locations and managed a team of up to 10 direct reports. Additionally, Steve was responsible for overseeing communications, sales strategy, market analysis, personnel management, and fleet/inventory management.

Prior to their tenure at Medical Services of America, Steve worked at Rotech Healthcare as a Regional Manager. Here, they led the growth of home healthcare products and services, managing up to 8 direct reports and an organization of up to 300 full-time employees. Steve successfully developed sales and operations strategies for a $43M operation and launched two new locations, driving them to over $3M in annual revenue.
