Tiffany Pettiford-McMillian

Tiffany Pettiford-McMillian began their work experience in 2003 as a Senior Leadership & Development Facilitator for GE Capital. During their time there, they received recognition as a top performer and achieved high satisfaction ratings from participants. In 2005, they joined GE Crotonville as a Global Program Manager, where they effectively managed budgets and played a key role in developing corporate strategies. Tiffany then moved on to The McMillian Group in 2010, serving as an Executive Leadership Development Consultant. In this role, they implemented leadership skill courses and workshops, delivered keynote speeches, and served as executive faculty at the General Electric Center for Leadership Development. In 2020, Tiffany became a Senior Partner at Learn Connect ACT International (LCA) before joining Modivcare in 2022 as the Director of Learning and Development.

Tiffany Pettiford-McMillian obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree from Spelman College. Tiffany then pursued two Master of Business Administration (MBA) degrees, one in Global Management and the other in eBusiness, at the University of Phoenix. In addition to their formal education, Tiffany holds several certifications, including "Get Ready for Generative AI" from LinkedIn, "OKR Coach Certificate" from Results Foundry at WorkBoard, "Insights Discovery" from THE INSIGHTS GROUP LIMITED, "DISC" from Leadership Resources and Consulting, "Myers-Briggs Type Indicator" from the Center for Applications of Psychological Type, Inc., "Six Sigma Green Belt" from GE Capital, and "Strength Deployment Inventory (SDI)" from GE Capital.
