William Jackson

William (Will) Jackson is an experienced technology professional with a diverse background in system engineering and information technology management. Currently serving as the System Engineering Manager at Modivcare since June 2023, Will has previously held significant positions at EPB, including Director of Business System Engineering and Senior Manager of Information Technology, where responsibilities encompassed IT engineering, software solutions, and support. Will's extensive experience includes roles at Amazon as Regional IT Manager, at SAIC/NASA managing systems operations support, and positions in earlier companies such as VPNtranet and Yum! Restaurants International, where Will contributed to network engineering and enterprise server management. Will holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Tennessee Technological University.
