Marta Krukowska

Marta Krukowska, PhD has had extensive work experience in various roles related to human resources and legal counsel. Their most recent position is as the Chief People Officer at MODIVO SA. Prior to that, they served as the Chief HR Officer at Empik Group for four years. Marta also held the position of Executive Director Human Resources at Getin Noble Bank S.A. and Group HR Director at ROVESE Group (Cersanit, Opoczno, Meissen). Marta also served as the Group HR Director at CTL Logistics Group and HR Director at Fortum Power and Heat Polska. Additionally, Marta had their own legal practice for almost 15 years.

Marta Krukowska, PhD, completed their education at various institutions. In 1995-2000, they studied law at the University of Wroclaw. Later, from 2000 to 2001, they pursued HR studies at the Academy of Economic Wrocław. In 2006-2007, Marta attended Helsingin kauppakorkeakoulu, focusing on Business Administration and Management. Finally, from 2017 to 2022, they obtained their Doctor of Law - PhD degree in Labour Law from Kozminski University.
