Gaia Boyd

Gaia Boyd is a UX Research Manager at ModMed, where responsibilities include developing formal UX research practices and maintaining vendor relationships. Previously, Gaia served as a Senior UX Researcher at Techlahoma Foundation, managing events and fostering community within the UX/UI design sector, and as Lead UX Researcher at LegalShield, overseeing a research team and conducting mixed methods research. Other significant roles include Senior UX Designer at Oracle, UX Designer for Paycom, and freelance website planning and strategy services. Gaia's foundational experience began with a mindfulness and yoga business, paired with formal education in Sociology and Anthropology from the University of North Carolina Asheville.
