Delaney Cowart, CPACC, is a professional with extensive experience in user experience research and nonprofit management. Currently serving as the User Experience Research Program Manager at Shepherd Center, Delaney coordinates industry-sponsored studies focused on disability, manages a comprehensive database of individuals with disabilities, and prepares detailed reports on usability findings. Delaney also co-founded Carolina Adapts Toys for Children, a nonprofit dedicated to providing accessible toys to children with limited motor skills, while simultaneously managing the Accessibility User Research Collective. Previous roles include support team member at The Helping Hand Project, Inc., product engineering intern at Pipette Pal, and nanny for a local family. Delaney earned a Bachelor's degree in Biomedical/Medical Engineering from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
