Nicholas Frenette

Nicholas Frenette currently serves as the Vice President of Product Management at ModMed since August 2025. Prior roles include Director of Product Management for RCM & AI at McKesson from October 2023 to August 2025, where contributions focused on enhancing health outcomes for patients with cancer and improving operational effectiveness for pharmacies and health systems. Nicholas also held the position of Executive Director of Product/Solutions Engineering at AGS Health from September 2021 to November 2023, and prior to that, worked as Director of Product Revenue Cycle at Commonwealth Care Alliance and in various roles at athenahealth, including Senior Product Manager and Senior Operations Consultant. Academic credentials include an MBA in Health Care Administration from UMass Boston and dual BS degrees in Marketing from Plymouth State University.
