Pensiri Leach

Penny Leach has extensive work experience in quality assurance and software testing. Pensiri (Penny) began their career in 1998 as a Software Test Engineer at Motorola - Pager Group, where they were responsible for testing application and participated in an Oracle project. From 2000 to 2005, they worked as a Quality Assurance Engineer at NetByTel, testing IVR applications written in C++ and Java. Pensiri (Penny) then moved on to TuVox, where they served as a Sr. QA Engineer from 2006 to 2010. In this role, they designed test documentation, tested speech applications, and supported complex voice self-service and web integrated contact center applications. Most recently, Penny worked at West Interactive from 2010 to 2012 as a Software QA Engineer, responsible for testing speech applications and ensuring the integration of voice applications with external enterprise systems.

Pensiri (Penny) Leach obtained their Master of Science in Manufacturing Systems Engineering with a minor in Business from Florida Atlantic University from 1996 to 1998. In 2022, they also became a Certified SAFe® 5 Practitioner through Scaled Agile, Inc.
