Edward Andrews

Edward Andrews is a data scientist at Modo Energy since January 2024, previously serving as an energy market model developer at the Low Carbon Contracts Company from November 2022 to February 2024, where a key role involved developing a probabilistic electricity price forecasting model. Prior to that, Edward worked as a graduate teaching assistant at Imperial College London from October 2018 to October 2022, providing support for various courses and supervising undergraduate fieldwork in Cyprus. Additionally, Edward interned in reservoir engineering at bp in the summer of 2022, creating a Python tool for visualizing hydrocarbon production, and completed a research internship at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology in 2017, focusing on fluid-fluid interactions in porous media. Edward holds a PhD in multiphase flow in porous media and an MSci in geophysics, both from Imperial College London.
