Dr. Brian N. Bernard Ph.D.

Dr. Brian N. Bernard, PhD, currently serves as an Intern Clinical Psychologist at MMC-Modoc Medical Center, focusing on promoting wellness and mental health since April 2022. Previously, Dr. Bernard managed a substance abuse program at Modoc County Mental Health Services from December 2016 to July 2019 and worked as a pharmacist at RITE AID from August 1997 to May 2010. Educationally, Dr. Bernard holds a Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy from Virginia Commonwealth University (1994-1997), a Master's of Science in Clinical and Educational Psychology from Capella University (2012-2014), and a PhD in Psychology with a specialization in substance abuse and behavioral addictions from Capella University (2015-2021).
