Abdullah Alnofal

Abdullah Alnofal is an experienced IT professional with a strong background in information technology governance, digital transformation, and systems development. Currently serving as the Information Technology Governance Director at the Saudi Authority for Industrial Cities and Technology Zones since August 2008, Abdullah oversees the strategic direction and management of the IT organization. Previous roles include Digital Transformation Manager, Systems and Smart Apps Development Manager, Chief Systems Engineer, and Senior Software Developer, where responsibilities encompassed managing systems development, providing technical consultation, and implementing IT solutions. Prior to this, Abdullah worked as a System Analyst at King Abdulaziz City for Science and Technology, contributing to the development of research tracking systems. Abdullah holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer and Information Sciences with a focus on Information Systems from King Saud University.
