Sastha Gudalore

Sastha Gudalore is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in asset management and finance. Currently serving as the Executive Director of Asset Management at Modon Properties since December 2019, Sastha manages a diverse portfolio of Hospitality, Retail, Residential, and Leisure & Entertainment assets valued at AED 5 billion, alongside AED 60 billion of assets under construction. Prior to this role, Sastha was the Head of Finance at Emaar Entertainment LLC, overseeing a team of 26, and served as Vice President of Finance and Head of Investor Relations at The Phoenix Mills Ltd., collaborating closely with top management on investment evaluations and corporate strategy. Earlier career experience includes working as a Lead Analyst at Alchemy Shares & Stock Brokers, where Sastha specialized in the real estate and retail sectors. Sastha holds a PGDM in Finance, Marketing, and Strategy from the Indian Institute of Management, Lucknow, as well as a B Tech in Chemical Engineering from the National Institute of Technology, Tiruchirappalli.
