Sheraz Abdullah

Sheraz Abdullah is an experienced finance professional currently serving as Executive Director Finance and Acting CFO at Modon since September 2021. In this role, Sheraz leads financial planning, analysis, and the execution of merger and business combination projects while collaborating with senior management and stakeholders to align initiatives with strategic objectives. Previously, Sheraz held the position of Director at PwC from September 2000 to April 2025, focusing on business process improvement, mergers and acquisitions, and tax planning. Educational qualifications include a Master’s Degree in Accounting and Business/Management from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan and an Associate’s Degree in Pre-Engineering from Cadet College Razmak.
