Stefano di Bacco

Stefano Di Bacco is an accomplished professional in internal audit and governance, currently serving as the Group Executive Director of Internal Audit at Modon since September 2025. Previously, Stefano held key audit committee positions at IMKAN Properties, 500 Global, Capital Health, PIVOT Engineering & General Contracting Company, and IMKAN Misr from early 2023 to September 2025. Additionally, Stefano served as the Group Head of Internal Audit at Abu Dhabi Capital Group, overseeing the internal audit function and reporting directly to the Group Audit Committee. Prior experience includes leading internal audit at Safanad and serving as Senior Audit Manager at M&G plc. Stefano holds a Master's degree in Business Administration and Management from Università degli Studi di Verona and a Bachelor of Commerce in International Economics from Università degli Studi di Trieste.
