Leif Nader Buchmann

Leif Nader Buchmann has a diverse and accomplished career in architecture. Leif Nader began as an Architectural Intern at Kazuhiro Kojima + Kazuko Akamatsu/ CAt (Coelacanth and Associates) in 2012. Leif Nader then worked as an Architectural Intern at Kazuyo Sejima + Ryue Nishizawa / SANAA from May to July 2012. Leif later joined Herzog & de Meuron as an Architectural Trainee from September 2012 to October 2013. Leif Nader then worked at Gerber Architekten as an Architect from September 2015 to February 2018. Leif returned to Herzog & de Meuron as a Project Architect in March 2018 and remained in that role until October 2021. Currently, Leif is taking on a new challenge as the Founder & CPO of Modoplus GmbH since October 2021.

Leif Nader Buchmann has a strong educational background in architecture. Leif Nader earned a Master of Architecture (MArch) degree from UCL, where they studied from 2013 to 2015. Prior to that, they completed a Bachelor of Architecture (BArch) degree at Nagoya University, studying from 2011 to 2012. Leif also holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in architecture from Technische Universität Braunschweig, which they obtained from 2008 to 2011. In addition to their academic achievements, Leif has obtained a certification as an Architekt from the Hamburgische Architektenkammer in December 2017.
