Carter Lanoux has been working in sales since 2003. Carter began their career as a Loan Officer at Mortgage Investors Corp., followed by a Transfer Agent role at PFPC. In 2004, they became a Sales Representative at Mid Atlantic Systems, where they earned the "Salesman of the Week" award and bonus 16 times in one year. Carter then moved to Owens Corning as a Sales Representative, followed by an Account Manager role at Lanier Worldwide. In 2007, they joined Arbor Biofuels as an Account Manager and simultaneously worked as an Account Executive at Integra Telecom. In 2009, they took on multiple contracts as an Independent Contractor, delivering on a variety of sales roles. Finally, in 2014, they began self-employment as a Sales Consultant, eventually becoming a Senior Sales Executive for a startup B2B Software as a Service (SaaS) Platform for the Solar Industry. As the sole employee dedicated to the company's sales initiatives, they successfully hunted high quality leads through prospecting by cold calling and email campaigns.

Carter Lanoux is currently enrolled in a Graduate program at Saint Joseph's University, studying Early Childhood Education and Teaching. Carter is also pursuing a Master of Education - MEd, which they expect to complete in 2022. Prior to this, they obtained a BA in International Relations and Economics from Saint Joseph's University in 2000. Carter also graduated from Bedford High School. In July 2022, they are expected to obtain a PA Level I Certification in PreK - 4 from the State of PA.
