Allison Poeschel

Allison Poeschel, MBA, has extensive experience in payroll and human resources. Allison currently holds the position of Senior Payroll Analyst at ModSquad, starting in December 2020. Prior to this, from November 2017 to December 2020, they worked at Cypress Energy Partners as a Payroll Process Analyst, where they provided guidance to clients and employees and ensured timely payroll processing. In 2017, Allison briefly worked as a Human Resources Administrator at Delaware Hotel, where they implemented HR policies and procedures and provided payroll and benefits guidance. Earlier in their career, from October 2016 to April 2017, they served as a Human Resources Administrative Assistant at Vail Resorts, handling payroll, benefits, and other administrative tasks. Before that, from June 2015 to August 2016, they worked as an Administrative Assistant at St. Stephen's UMC. Allison's earliest work experience was at Target, where they held a Human Resources role from January 2012 to January 2016. In this role, they managed payroll, conducted interviews, organized employee events, and facilitated new hire orientations. Throughout their career, Allison has demonstrated proficiency in payroll processing, HR policies, and employee guidance.

Allison Poeschel, MBA, earned their Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) in August 2014 from Southern Nazarene University. Allison then completed their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from the same institution, specializing in Business Administration. Allison attended Southern Nazarene University from 2013 to 2014 for their undergraduate degree and from 2015 to 2016 for their postgraduate degree.
