Edward Sims has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Edward began their career as an Infantry in the United States Marine Corps from September 2001 to September 2005. In 2013 to 2015, they attended Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts-Pasadena and obtained an Associate's degree in Culinary Arts and Related Services. Following that, from 2016 to 2017, they attended New Horizons Computer Learning Center, where they earned Certifications in Information Technology. In 2018, they briefly attended MyComputerCareer to further enhance their skills in IT.

In addition to their formal education, Edward has obtained several certifications to supplement their knowledge.
