Franklin Mota

Franklin Mota's work experience includes various roles in different companies. In 2017, they worked as a Retention Specialist at Great VirtualWorks until May 2019. In April 2019, they briefly worked as a Customer Service Representative at Austin Aquarium. From May 2019 to April 2020, they held the position of Quality Assurance Analyst at GoGoGrandparent. In July 2020, they became a Chat Support Specialist at OutPLEX, where they worked until December 2020. In September 2020, they started working as an IT Support Specialist at Third Power IT, where they stayed until February 2021. Lastly, they joined ModSquad in February 2021 as a Contractor, then became a Team Lead in November 2021, and currently holds the role of Assistant Project Manager.

Franklin Mota obtained their Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Universidad Federico Henríquez y Carvajal, UFHEC, between the years 2016 and 2020.

In addition to their degree, Franklin Mota has also completed two certifications. In September 2020, they obtained the "Technical Support Fundamentals" certification from Coursera. Franklin further enhanced their skills by earning the "Google IT Support Specialization" certification from Coursera in October 2020.
