Justin Pena

Justin Pena is a Co-Founder, Lead Game Designer, and Developer at SugarSkullLipstick since January 2025. Previously worked at ModSquad in various roles from October 2021, including Lead QA/Tech Support/Moderation and Mod. In June 2024, Justin served as Lead Game Designer at Indie Game Academy, where a game was developed and published within six months, simulating an indie studio experience. Earlier experience includes roles as Cooking Coach and Showtime Partner at H-E-B, Barista at Starbucks, Sales Associate at OfficeMax, Photo Specialist at Walgreens, and Lumberyard Employee at Jed's Hardware. Justin holds a Certification and an Associate of Applied Science in Game Design and Simulation Developer (Programming) from Lone Star College.
