Mike Pinkerton

Mike Pinkerton serves as the Chief Operating Officer and General Counsel at ModSquad, leading all business and legal operations for the global leader in outsourced customer experience services since October 2007. Prior to this role, Mike was a partner at Frilot, L.L.C., specializing in business litigation with notable achievements in contract disputes and employment law, including a significant case before the Louisiana Supreme Court. Earlier experience includes positions as an associate at Sher Garner Cahill Richter Klein & Hilbert, where involvement in general litigation provided memorable trial experiences, and at McGlinchey Stafford, where work focused on complex admiralty litigation. Mike holds a Juris Doctor degree from LSU Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism from The University of Georgia.
