Yağmur Tebelleş

Yağmur Tebelleş has a diverse work experience in customer service and project management roles. They began their career in 2018 as a Transcriptionist at Appen. In 2020, they worked as a Customer Service Representative at Webhelp. From 2021 to the present, Yağmur has been employed at ModSquad in various positions. They started as a Customer Service Specialist (Turkish + English) and then progressed to a Customer Service Team Lead. Currently, Yağmur holds the position of Assistant Project Manager at ModSquad.

Yağmur Tebelleş completed their high school education at Balıkesir Lisesi (Anadolu) from 2010 to 2015, earning a High School Diploma. After that, they pursued their higher education at Dokuz Eylul University from 2015 to 2021, specializing in Karşılaştırmalı Edebiyat (Comparative Literature). In terms of additional certifications, in September 2022, Yağmur obtained a Project Management Certificate from Mindset Institute. They also obtained a Dijital Müşteri İlişkileri Yönetimi certification from Istanbul Üniversitesi in April 2023.
