Marta Weglinska

Marta Weglinska has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Marta started their career in 2009 at Thormac Engineering as a Master Planner, where they worked until 2018. During this time, they gained expertise in planning and coordinating various projects.

In 2018, Marta joined Shannon Precision Engineering as a Key Account Manager. Apart from managing key accounts, they also took on the role of Quality Manager from September 2021 to February 2022. As the Quality Manager, Marta led a team of dedicated Quality Technicians and focused on implementing continuous improvements.

Currently, Marta is working at Modular Automation as a Key Account Manager, a position they assumed in February 2022. This role involves managing key accounts and developing strong relationships with clients.

Throughout their career, Marta has demonstrated their ability to effectively manage relationships, implement improvement strategies, and coordinate projects.

Marta Weglinska completed their Master's degree in Business Management from the Academy of Economic Wroclaw from 2000 to 2005. Marta then pursued a Quality Management Specialist degree in Lean Systems at the University of Limerick from 2010 to 2012. Recently, they have been working towards a Professional Certificate in CX Excellence at The CX Academy since the end of their previous education in 2022.
