Tara D. has over eight years of experience in human resources and communications, currently serving as the HR & Communications Manager at Modular Automation since October 2015, with previous roles including HR & Communications Team Lead, Talent Management Specialist, Marketing & HR Executive, and Marketing Executive. Prior to this, Tara D. gained marketing experience at UPC Ireland from July 2012 to June 2015 as part of a Graduate Programme. Tara D. holds a Master's degree in Human Resources Management from the University of Limerick (2017-2019), a Level 8 Honours Degree in Business from Limerick Institute of Technology (2009-2012), and a FETAC Level 6 in Advanced Business Management from Limerick College of Further Education (2008-2009).
