Laura Webster

Laura Webster currently serves as the UK HR & Global Internal Communications Manager at Norican Group since October 2022. Prior experience includes roles as Assistant Head of Learning & Development UKSV at the Cabinet Office from April to September 2022, and Talent & Development Partner at Daniel Thwaites from February 2019 to April 2022. Laura held positions at BAE Systems from September 2014 to February 2019, including Human Resources Business Partner, Project Lead for Productivity Through People, and Human Resources Graduate. Earlier experience includes serving as Project Assistant for Further Education Recruitment at Myerscough College in 2013. Laura possesses Level 7 CIPD qualifications in Human Resources Management and holds a BA Hons in Business Studies from the University of Central Lancashire.
