Tara Deer

Tara Deer has a diverse work experience in HR, marketing, communications, and talent management. Tara has been working at Modular Automation since 2015, where they started as a Marketing Executive and later transitioned into roles such as Talent Management Specialist and HR & Communications Team Lead. Currently, they hold the position of HR, Marketing & Communications Manager. Prior to that, Tara worked at UPC Ireland as part of their Marketing team and also participated in their Graduate Programme.

Tara Deer obtained their Master's degree in Human Resources Management from the University of Limerick, where they studied from 2017 to 2019. Prior to that, they earned a Level 8 Honours Degree in Business from Limerick Institute of Technology, where they attended from 2009 to 2012. In 2008, Tara Deer completed a Fectac level 6 in Advanced Business Management at Limerick College of Further Education. In terms of additional certifications, they have obtained several from LinkedIn, including "HR as a Business Partner," "OneNote 2016 Essential Training," "How to Train Your Brain for Maximum Growth," "How to Make Strategic Thinking a Habit," and "Human Resources: Using Metrics to Drive HR Strategy."
