Vivek Awasthi

Vivek Awasthi is an experienced technology executive currently serving as Chief Technology Officer at Modulr since September 2024 and as a Non-Executive Board Member at GetVantage since January 2024. Previously, Vivek held the position of Group CIO at Redpin from November 2023 to May 2024, and Chief Information Officer at Currencies Direct from February 2012 to December 2023, where responsibilities included leading a comprehensive technology and system transformation program and managing global information technology teams. Prior to that, Vivek co-founded ISTS Worldwide, Inc. and served as Chief Technology Officer from September 2004 to March 2011, delivering major technology solutions for leading payment networks. Vivek holds a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from the University of Allahabad and completed the Blockchain Strategy Programme at Saïd Business School, University of Oxford.
