Laura Spring (Knowles)

Laura Spring (Knowles) has a diverse and extensive work experience. Laura began their career in 2010 as an Auxiliar de Conversacion at Junta de Andalucía, where they taught social studies, music, chemistry and physics in English to high school students. In 2011, they moved to Mercer, where they served as a Special Project & Client Team Lead. In this role, they were responsible for client satisfaction, team workflow, and meeting performance standards. Laura was also the primary point of contact for the outsourcing relationship, ensuring effective communication between the outsourcing team, client, and plan actuary. In 2015, they joined Jitterbit as a Senior Quality Assurance Manager & Strike Team Member Extraordinaire. In this role, they helped businesses make faster and more effective decisions by enabling them to unify and exploit data from all sources. Laura then moved to Wells Fargo in 2018, where they served as a Technical Writer. Most recently, in 2022, they joined Modulus Data as a Sr. Content Manager and Technical Writer.

Laura Spring (Knowles) attended the University of Minnesota - Twin Cities from 2006 to 2010, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Spanish Studies and Linguistics.
