Matt Collins

Matt Collins has a wealth of work experience spanning from 1989 to 2021. From 1989 to 1999, they served as an Instructor Pilot for the United States Air Force. In 1999, they moved on to become a Pilot for United Airlines, a role they held until 2006. In 2006, they began working as a Recruiter/Sales Executive for Bradley-Morris, Inc. In 2011, they were appointed Chief Operating Officer of VETS Agency, LLC. In 2013, they became VP Sales and Strategic Partnerships at HirePurpose. In 2014, they were named Director Sales and Marketing of the Midwest Region at SAKER Aviation Services. In 2015, they joined Oracle as a Cloud Sales Executive- ERP/HCM/EPM and Enterprise Application Sales- HCM Team. In 2016, they became Senior Director, Sales- Oracle Cloud Solutions at Evosys. In 2020, they joined ServiceNow as Enterprise Sales - Employee Experience. Most recently, in 2021, they were appointed National Sales Director at Modulus Data.

Matt Collins holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, with an emphasis in Industrial-Organizational Psychology, from the University of Maryland.
