Dominic Holmes

Dominic Holmes is an accomplished software engineer with extensive experience in both front-end and back-end development. Currently serving as a Founding Engineer at Modus since September 2025, Dominic previously held roles as an iOS Engineer at Ramp and Saturn, and as a Software Engineer at Starlight, where significant features for financial applications were developed. Experience also includes leading a team at Penn Labs to enhance the Penn Mobile app and teaching iOS development courses at the University of Pennsylvania. With a Bachelor of Science in Engineering in Computer Science from the University of Pennsylvania, Dominic has a solid foundation in software engineering principles and practices.
