Otilia Vasquez has been in the customer service industry since 2003. Otilia began their career as a Legal Secretary at DCMA in 2003. In 2005, they moved to California Bear Credit Union, where they worked as a Member Service Officer and Teller. In 2008, they joined National HR Source as a Customer Service Lead.
