Ben Gearhart is a seasoned real estate professional with extensive experience in the Denver Metro marketplace. Currently serving as Broker/Owner of MODUS Real Estate Denver since June 2016, Ben specializes in working with sellers, move-up buyers, and investors while actively engaging in real estate investment and development. As Broker/Owner of Capital Works Mortgage and Partner at Gearhart Moore Holdings LLC, Ben focuses on the acquisition and management of residential properties, targeting investments that yield attractive cash flows. Previous roles include Realtor at Your Castle Real Estate and Mortgage Banker at several firms. Ben holds a degree in Business with a focus on Operations Management and Marketing from the University of Colorado Boulder.
