Mark Williams

Mark Williams has extensive experience in the real estate sector, currently serving as an Associate Broker at MODUS Real Estate Denver since October 2022. Prior to this, Mark held the position of Associate Broker at LISTINGS.COM from September 2017 to October 2022, and worked as a Real Estate Broker at Kentwood City Properties from January 2010 to October 2022, specializing in various suburban and urban markets along the front range. Mark's career also includes roles as Director at Red Capital Group, where Mark managed the Denver office, EVP at Capmark, where over $2 billion in debt and equity transactions were closed, and VP at Frederick Ross Company, focusing on commercial leasing and sales. Mark holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business and English from Whittier College, earned between 1979 and 1983.
