Zura Natasha

Zura Natasha is an experienced R&D Chemist currently working at 3A Glove Sdn Bhd since March 2024. Previously, Zura held the position of Laboratory Analyst at Saybolt International and worked as an R&D Chemist at Top Glove, where responsibilities included research on process enhancement and troubleshooting for glove production lines. Earlier experience includes serving as a Quality Control Chemist at Multicoating Trading, focusing on testing processes and technical collaboration across functions. Zura began a career in the industry as an Industrial Trainee at the Department of Mineral and Geoscience Malaysia, performing water quality checks and laboratory experiments. Zura holds a degree in Resources Chemistry from Universiti Malaysia Sarawak, completed in 2020, and attended Kolej Matrikulasi Johor prior to that.
