Andrew Hanson

Andrew Hanson is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in debt private placements. Currently serving as a Senior Advisor at Moelis & Company since December 2021, Andrew previously held the position of Managing Director and Head of Debt Private Placements at Morgan Stanley from August 2011 to March 2021. Prior roles include Managing Director at both Bank of America Merrill Lynch and Merrill Lynch, where Andrew also led debt private placements from September 1991 to August 2011. Andrew holds an MBA in Finance from Cornell Johnson Graduate School of Management, a JD in Business Law and Regulation from Cornell Law School, and a BA in Economics-Mathematics from Colby College.
