Jay Ramachandran

Jay Ramachandran is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in investment banking and transaction advisory services. Currently serving as Vice President at Moelis & Company since July 2019, Jay previously held the position of Investment Banking Associate. Jay's earlier tenure at EY from January 2013 to June 2017 included roles as a Senior Associate in Transaction Advisory Services, specializing in buy-side and sell-side due diligence, and as a leading Senior Associate in Assurance, providing services to SEC-registered corporations and private clients in various industries. Jay also completed an internship as an Assurance Associate at Ernst & Young in early 2012. Educationally, Jay holds an MBA from NYU Stern School of Business and a B.S. in Accounting from Indiana University's Kelley School of Business.
