Osamu Watanabe

Osamu Watanabe is an accomplished legal professional currently serving as General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer at Moelis & Company since 2010. Prior to this role, Osamu held similar positions at Sagent Advisors and served as Executive Director and Senior Counsel at UBS Investment Bank from 2002 to 2009. Osamu's previous experience includes leadership roles at Credit Suisse First Boston and Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette, as well as a tenure as General Counsel for GRP Partners.
