Patrick Flanagan

Patrick Flanagan, CPA has a diverse work experience in finance and accounting roles. Patrick has served as the Chief Financial Officer for Moeller Aerospace since 2020. Prior to this, they were the Chief Financial Officer for L&W Group from 2017 to 2018, where they were involved in the sale of the company to a private equity company. Patrick also worked as the Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for Neapco Holdings from 2012 to 2016, responsible for all financial affairs of the company and collaborating with senior leadership on strategic financial direction. Patrick has held positions such as Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for Inteva Products Inc. from 2008 to 2011, Chief Accounting and Financial Compliance Officer for Affinia Group Inc. from 2004 to 2008, and Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for Plastech Engineered Products from 1999 to 2004. Prior to their roles in industry, they worked as a Senior Manager at PricewaterhouseCoopers and an Audit Manager at Ernst & Young, where they had significant experience in initial public offerings and audit engagements for various clients.
