Sarah Garrison

Sarah Garrison is an experienced quality and operations manager with a strong background in aerospace and manufacturing. Since April 2018, Sarah has held various managerial roles at Moeller Aerospace, focusing on quality management and operational improvements. Prior to this, Sarah served as HOS Site Leader and Manufacturing Manager at Honeywell, driving lean initiatives and overseeing the production of aerospace components. Sarah’s career also includes notable positions at Nexteer Automotive, where responsibilities included implementing lean manufacturing systems and overseeing production operations, as well as prior roles at Akebono Corporation and Delphi Steering Systems that involved process optimization and team leadership. Sarah holds a Bachelor of Arts and Science degree from Western Michigan University.
