Katrina Lallo

Katrina (Iben) Lallo currently serves as the Sales Enablement Training Manager at Moen Incorporated, where responsibilities include redesigning the sales onboarding program for a team of over 175 members, managing sales training and development, and integrating resources for effective training deployment. Previous roles at Moen include Senior Sales Enablement Training Specialist and Senior Training Coordinator in Customer Service. Prior to Moen, Katrina held various positions such as Administrative Assistant at Newry Corp and Executive Assistant at Cleveland Research Company. Katrina also has coaching experience as the Assistant Track and Field Coach at Olmsted Falls High School, and earlier career roles include Sales and Marketing Representative at Ryan Homes and internships in broadcasting. Educational background includes a Master’s degree in Organization Development and Change from Penn State World Campus and a BA in Broadcasting and Business Management from Baldwin-Wallace University, among other qualifications.
