Hanumanth Reddy has a strong background in inside sales, having worked in various roles throughout their career. Hanumanth began working at HOORAYY Technologies in 2007 as a Business Development Executive, where they focused on brand development, web traffic growth, and advertising revenue. In 2009, they joined Navatar as a Sr. Consultant - Inside Sales. Hanumanth then moved on to Capillary Technologies in 2012, where they held positions such as Inside Sales Manager, Sr. Manager Inside Sales, and eventually Director Inside Sales. During their time at Capillary Technologies, they led the APAC Inside Sales team, managed sales effectiveness and productivity, and played a key role in goal development and target setting. In 2019, they joined MoEngage Inc. as the Head of Inside Sales.
