Kristi Phipps

Kristi is a certified project management professional with over 18 years of rich, diversified experience managing large IT industry projects. A visionary leader with a Green Belt in Six Sigma, Kristi has led several organizations’ toward their goals with her expertise in strategic planning and process improvement.

As an active member of the PMI Oklahoma City Chapter Board of Directors, she is at the forefront of many community initiatives. She believes in building new leaders in the industry who can effectively lead and contribute to the community. Kristi has worked for organizations such as Blue Cross, Blue Shield of Florida, Fidelity Information Services, and Verizon, to name a few.

At NAVA, Kristi is responsible for building and managing all sales and business development operations, defining channel and partner strategies, maintaining key customer relationships, and expanding the company’s customer base. She drives sales growth and profitability by providing executive leadership for various marketing activities across multiple channels.
