Dorthe Kjemtrup

Dorthe Kjemtrup currently serves as Ledelsessekretær at Moesgaard Museum since August 2018. Prior to this role, Dorthe Kjemtrup worked at Elbek & Vejrup A/S from January 2009 to July 2018 as Ledelses- og projektkoordinator, where responsibilities included management and personnel-related tasks, reporting, project coordination, financial management, marketing, and overseeing operations of leased properties and the company canteen. Notable achievements include contributing to the optimization of work processes, helping secure the title of “Danmarks bedste IT arbejdsplads 2017,” organizing annual leadership seminars, and implementing new systems such as Miralix and Dynamic NAV. Earlier experience includes a role as HR-konsulent and Salgskoordinator at TDC from August 1987 to December 2008. Educational qualifications consist of a Merkonom degree in Management and Cooperation from Aarhus Business College and a foundational degree in Office Administration and Supervision from Randers Handelsskole.
