Carlos Ayuso Martin

Carlos Ayuso Martin has over two decades of experience in the energy sector, primarily with Cepsa since September 2003, where Carlos currently serves as the Technology Development & New Ventures Director, overseeing the identification of technological solutions and managing technology selection and intellectual property. Previous roles at Cepsa include Head of the Technology Development Department, Distribution Operations Manager, Refining Downstream Supply Chain Manager, Project Engineer, and Technology Development Engineer & Cost Estimator. Prior to Cepsa, Carlos worked as an HSEQ Engineer at Total. Carlos holds an Advanced Management Program certification from IE Business School and degrees in Chemical Engineering from CPE Lyon, Refining Engineering & Gas from IFP School, and education from Universidad Politécnica de Madrid.
